Shipment and Delivery
- Notwithstanding any circumstances, Glowry reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion.
- Please be advised that gifts with purchase cannot be claimed on the same address more than once.
- In the event of product unavailability, the Glowry team shall notify the customer accordingly.
- Orders shall be processed within 24 hours on weekdays, and shall reach customers within 3-7 business days.
- Any opened product shall not be returned, and delivery charges shall be Rs. 200 for any exchange or return.

Card Payment Disputes
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from transactions with Glowry shall be governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Lahore (including any consumer court) shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
- Payment Disputes: In the event of a payment dispute, the customer must provide a bank statement or a letter from the bank confirming the transaction.
Exchange Policy:
- Products shall be exchanged within 7 days of purchase.
- The original receipt must be attached.
- Products must be in their original packaging.
- The QA team shall evaluate the product before exchange.
Online Exchanges: Products purchased online can only be exchanged online.
Delivery Charges: If the customer has received the correct order, delivery charges shall be borne by the customer.
Online Credit: Payments made through the gateway shall not be reversed, but shall be credited online.
Timeframe: Exchange requests shall be processed within 5-7 business days.
