Shipment and Delivery

  • Notwithstanding any circumstances, Glowry reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion.
  • Please be advised that gifts with purchase cannot be claimed on the same address more than once.
  • In the event of product unavailability, the Glowry team shall notify the customer accordingly.
  • Orders shall be processed within 24 hours on weekdays, and shall reach customers within 3-7 business days.
  • Any opened product shall not be returned, and delivery charges shall be Rs. 200 for any exchange or return.
